The teams affected are the U10 - U14 inclusive.  Some teams are in the second round and some are in the first depending on numbers involved,   but the draws are as follows:

U10 - R2 - Home to Abercynon

U11 - R1 - Away to St Albans

U12 - R2 - Away to Maerdy/Ferndale

U13 - R1 - Home to Penarth

U14 - R1 - Home to Beddau

Some great looking ties there which will need to be played on or before Sunday Nov 23rd if R1 or on or before Jan 18th if R2.  The full Blues Cup Draw is here.

The under 13's won the festival and will now go on to the national finals in Twickenham (we believe) in April 2009.

The under 14's were desperately unlucky to lose to a very good side in the final and came away as tournament runners up after winning their group undefeated.

The under 15's came 3rd in their group which was won by the eventual tournament winners Keynsham RFC.

The under 16's went into the semi finals (it was organised slightly differently to the other groups) and were very unlucky to lose 7-5 to the eventual tournament winners to end up third on the day.

A very strong performance on the day from the Tyrchs who when you think about it, are a little Welsh village playing the likes of Swindon, Cheltenham and Exeter on the day.

Well done to the 13's if you fancy a day out on April 12th perhaps we could organise a supporters bus ??
