Cardiff RFC v Pentyrch RFC

Due to a saturated pitch in Pentyrch this game was moved to the Arms Park at the last minute. This was a great opportunity for the players to play a high profile team and at the same time experience playing at such an historical rugby venue, and on their new artificial pitch. The hosts were far bigger, quicker and stronger than Pentyrch RFC and they led 24-0 at the interval. At the final whistle Cardiff RFC ran out winners 63-0 but the Pentyrch boys never gave up and did the club proud. They put several good moves together and were able to hold on to the ball quite a bit, going through several.....
